SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to love your purchases from TheFiwi, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
